Long –term goals: Let the shop to be a complex opportunity for population in the Debrecen subregion, which help their standard of living, change their thinking into a more positive direction, transfer employment’s competencies… etc.
The valueables, clothes, devices, toys and every items what can be found in the shop are available for even minorities and diasadvantaged people on discount price or free of charge. We would like to reach this as follows: if a man walks into the shop and buy an item but he don’t bring it home, then a label gets on the item named „seized”. With these he redound that other families who can’t buy these things even at the lowest price can get the seized items for free.

Cooperative partners

National and Minority Government of Debrecen
National and Minority Government of Debrecen in the preparatory phase supplies the Cooperative with professional advice and plays a vital role in recruitment to the end of the maintenance period and therefore the cooperation is the subject of further discussion. Cultural Department of the Mayor’s Office in Debrecen as a cooperative partner from the beginnig of the project to the start of the employment provides us the premises free of charge during the project implementation and maintenance periods.
Partners Hungary Foundation
The Foundation as a cooperative partner was a great help to us in the preparatory phase since we got a lot of good advice on developing the project, and further we can expect them to organize the donations. The KALÉP 2000 Bt. was involved in the work of the real estate development and it takes over any forwarding tasks related to donations if it will be necessary and the co-op would have no financial and human resources anymore.

The effects of the implementation of the project

effects of social, economic, urban and regional environment, employment
The cooperative is not supports the help of disadvantaged people's employment and the improvement of their social conditions only but provides the socail and cultural needs of the members’ relatives too. In addition both the employees and the families with a little budget who buy new and used items appropriate for their needs in the charity shop can obtain the selected products under the prevailing market price. It's basically a stop-gap service that creates a win-win situation. It serves the needs of the new times, the growing needs of social responsibility and the social sensitivity. We consider the local communities' sustainability a value against the global effects of economic market and our activites support this. We operate a common interest activities, which makes secure livelihoods, good quality individual, family and community life possible for the members and employees too.
The cooperative’s project will contribute to local development, the cohesive community and social functioning, social and economic stabilization, the implementation of diverse employment, as well as part of the fight against poverty. Our cooperative has been active part of the social policy because it provides work according to given country values. We follow the logic of community cooperation, trust, partnership, secure employment and employment. We can offer a real alternative for the sustainable social operation, solidarity, appreciation of the work and the people, and environmental sustainability, fight against poverty, appearance against an exclusion.

Sustainability

Function, vocational and financial sustainability
Our vision is that the implemented development in this project is the foundation of structure and a long-term operation. An innovation that has been substantiated and developed before its starting, that what kind of structure and mode of operation (social cooperatives, stop-gap market services) can be maintained in the results. The results of the project is retained even after the termination of assistance because we can finance employment and the improvements from our revenue from a wide range of market activities (see. business plan).
Many people donate to our charity shop to achieve our objectives. Promoting sustainability fact that not only one type of product and product group is for sale, but also targeting a wider customer base we sell everything which may be required in a household. We plan conducting internal and external trainings for our employees after completion of the project.
